Position Summary

The Program Manager oversees programs, developing program plans to meet schedule, budget, and deliverable requirements and constraints; ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and practices; coordinating interdepartmental functions in order to minimize delays. The \Program Manager meets with program team members on a regular basis to review program status and plan future actions. The Program Manager is also responsible for maintaining communication with the providing reports both written, email and oral to stakeholders on a regular basis regarding program schedule and status and strives to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and meet or exceed their expectations.
Requirements

Government Access at the Secret Level may be required. College degrees: BSEE/MSEE required and 8 years related semiconductor experience is required. Must be able to Leas and Manage company programs for R & D product Development or Customer contracts for various internal departments to ensure: Customer Satisfaction; Company financial objectives; Contract commitments; Cost, Schedule and Technical Targets. Must have excellent communication both oral and written. Postion requires a dynamic, self0starting individual with strong leadership and team building skills. Managaes personnel on teams in a cross functional organization. No direct reporting responsibility. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of program management. Knowledge of program management techniques and tools. Must be proficient user of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software and in the use of personal computers.
