Position Summary
Assist program manager(s) with technical and subcontract logistic management support on programs developing module or circuit card products for the Aeroflex standard products and mixed-signal product lines to include: conducting design reviews of Module and PCB designs to ensure manufacturing design rules are followed for both Aeroflex operations and external subcontract manufacturers; ensuring that design rules are maintained in document control for all approved Aeroflex module assembly vendors; ensuring product flow that achieves optimum manufacturing performance of Module and PCB based products; coordinating and facilitating reviews with customers, Aeroflex design and operations, and subcontractor(s); establishing, maintaining, and improving Aeroflex systems for cost improvement of PCB and Module base products. Will also write, submit and review RFQs tor multiple subcontractors, manage subcontractor performance; and will interface as needed with internal organizations including, but not limited to, Production Control, Quality Assurance, Circuit Card Assembly, Analytical Services, and Product and Test Engineering to ensure required support is obtained.

Requirements
Education: BSEE, BS in Industrial Engineering, or BS in a related technical field. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with module and/or circuit card design and manufacturing and management of contract manufactures.
Position requires strong organizational, problem solving, teamwork, inter-personnel, and communication skills. Proficiency with related software tools and Microsoft Office needed.
Status as U.S. Person (U.S. citizenship or permanent resident alien) required.
